After seeing some holiday photos of my belly I knew that something had to change. I was starting to look like my Dad!

I wasn’t going to let my kids think that’s what their dad looked like.

Despite having all the knowledge at my fingertips, putting it into practice on myself was clearly something I hadn’t done for a while.

So I took what I knew about training athletes (which is a lot), and the most up to date research on nutrition and put it to work on myself.
